Who We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of helping people Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a professional presence Comfortable using CRM tools and modern sales technology Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends) Prior automotive or luxury retail sales experience is a plus—but not required.
