Automotive Sales Associate (Car Sales / Retail Auto Sales) – Murgado Ford of Chicago Murgado Ford of Chicago (Murgado Automotive Group) is hiring an Automotive Sales Associate to join our high-performing car sales team. If you’re a motivated sales professional who enjoys fast-paced retail environments and wants to build a career in auto sales, this role offers training, support, and strong earning potential. You’ll work directly with customers as a consultative car salesman / car sales representative, helping them find the right Ford vehicle, financing, and options—while delivering an exceptional dealership experience. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities (Automotive Sales): Customer engagement: Greet and assist customers, identify needs, and provide a professional, consultative car salesman experience from first contact to delivery.

Multilingual customer support (preferred): When possible, assist customers in their preferred language—especially Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, or Russian—to improve clarity, comfort, and customer satisfaction. Product knowledge: Learn Ford vehicles, trims, technology, warranties, and competitive comparisons. Sales process: Manage test drives, trade-in appraisals (as applicable), pricing discussions, and purchase paperwork in partnership with managers and finance. Financing & protection products: Introduce financing options and coordinate with the finance team to support a smooth close. Follow-up & relationship building: Maintain communication to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and generate repeat and referral car sales. Goal achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly automotive sales targets. CRM & lead management: Use CRM tools to track opportunities, appointments, and your auto sales pipeline.

Training & teamwork: Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with sales, service, and finance to deliver a great customer experience. Qualifications (Retail Auto Sales): Sales experience: Prior experience is preferred but not required (customer service, retail sales, or auto sales experience is a plus). Language skills (preferred): Bilingual/multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply—especially those fluent in Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, or Russian. Communication: Clear, confident communication and active listening skills. Customer-first mindset: Commitment to delivering a great dealership experience and building long-term relationships.
