Public Relations Specialist

Who We Are Arrive Logistics is a leading transportation and technology company in North America with plans to grow significantly year over year. Our success is a testament to our remarkable team and what we’re building together. We’re committed to providing employees with a meaningful work experience and have established an award-winning culture that supports personal and career development in a fun, casual, and collaborative environment. Who We Want The Public Relations Specialist supports Arrive’s public relations and communications work across the business, partnering closely with the VP of Marketing and the Senior Events & Engagement Manager.  This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who is detail oriented and comfortable moving quickly between very different tasks — drafting a media pitch in the morning, building an event document in the afternoon, and keeping a calendar or tracker current in between.

Arrive is bringing public relations in-house, and this role is a core part of making that work. Day to day it means supporting media outreach, drafting company announcements, maintaining our communications calendars and trackers, and preparing the materials that surround our customer and executive events. Direction on positioning, story angles and priorities comes from marketing leadership. The strength of this role is turning that direction into well-written, well-executed work at pace, and being the person who keeps the details from slipping.
