Store Manager (Dallas)

Catbird is hiring a store manager to help lead our new store opening in Dallas, TX. The Store Manager is the leader of their retail location business. The Store Manager is the leader of their retail location business. The Store Manager is responsible for store sales, managing and developing their store team and developing store processes & procedures to continuously elevate the customer experience and overall growth of the business. Store Managers blend their strategic business mindset with their passion for people; managing customer experience and employee experience in accordance with the Catbird retail brand culture. This position is primarily based out of a specific store, but may be asked to assist at other store locations on occasion.
